冷再生技術在瀝青材料循環利用中有什么作用?

近幾年我國公路建設突飛猛進,其中大多數路面尤其是高等級公路路面為瀝青路面。根據瀝青路面的設計使用壽命,我國目前每年需要翻修的瀝青路面已經超過了15%,瀝青路面的廢棄量已達到每年250萬噸以上,并且這些數字還以每年15%的速度增長。所以合理的利用瀝青再生技術已成為公路建設中的重要課題。
