冷再生機出租為保證路床厚度范圍內的CBR值和壓實度達到規范要求，全線路床上部36cm厚采用6%水泥土處理。針對低填淺挖路基，當路基填方高度或挖方深度≤155cm時，路床下部44cm厚換填4%的水泥土處理，路床上部36cm厚換填6%水泥土處理。

1、冷再生施工租賃場地準備

1. Preparation of rental site for cold regeneration construction

（1）直接填筑的路基基底，施工前必須通過審查簽證；需要進行地基處理的基底必須完成各項處理，并滿足地基處理的要求。

（2）場地應該保證足夠的平整度，滿足設備、人員進場要求。

3、勞動力、機械設備配置

人員、機械設備應根據施工方案組合工期要求進行合理的配置。路堤填筑區為一個完整的作業區，每個作業區人員配置：施工隊長1名，領工員2名，指揮卸土位置人員2名，測量及試驗檢測人員4～6人，其他機械工、普工20～30人。
