看似簡單的水泥現場冷再生工藝并不簡單,質量保證。原因如下:
The seemingly simple cement on-site cold regeneration process is not simple and the quality is guaranteed. The reasons are as follows:

1、冷再生技術具有適用性。早期路面診斷是非常必要的。水泥現場冷再生技術通常是對原有路面進行碾壓、調平、碾壓、改造等施工技術。他僅再生淺層表層結構(不超過25cm),對路面結構底層病害沒有修復作用。由于路面基層承載力不足,路面過度撓曲,需要進行深部處理來恢復路面的使用功能。一個簡單的冷再生過程不能徹 底加強路面結構。
1. Cold regeneration technology is applicable. Early pavement diagnosis is very necessary. The on-site cold recycling technology of cement is usually the construction technology of rolling, leveling, rolling and reconstruction of the original pavement. It only regenerates the shallow surface structure (no more than 25cm) and has no repair effect on the bottom disease of pavement structure. Due to the insufficient bearing capacity of pavement base and excessive deflection of pavement, deep treatment is needed to restore the service function of pavement. A simple cold regeneration process can not completely strengthen the pavement structure.
2、冷再生分級分布的檢測和調整將影響再生層的質量。根據原有路面結構,冷再生層有石灰土基層冷再生、二灰碎石基層冷再生、水穩碎石基層冷再生。對于石灰土基層的冷再生,一定慎重。建議只當路面底基層使用。在相同的水泥用量下,路面基層級配的適宜性直接影響其強度,所以不滿足級配要求的碾磨材料需要通過添加新材料進行調整。

According to the original pavement structure, the cold recycling layer includes cold recycling of lime soil base, lime fly ash macadam base and water stabilized macadam base. Be careful about the cold regeneration of lime soil base. It is recommended to use only for pavement subbase. Under the same cement dosage, the suitability of pavement base gradation directly affects its strength, so the grinding materials that do not meet the gradation requirements need to be adjusted by adding new materials.
3、水泥用量的確定將直接影響再生層的質量。適當的水泥用量不僅可以避免水泥用量不足引起的強度不足,而且可以減少因水泥用量過大引起的應力收縮裂縫,延長路面使用壽命。
3. The determination of cement dosage will directly affect the quality of recycled layer. Proper cement dosage can not only avoid insufficient strength caused by insufficient cement dosage, but also reduce stress shrinkage cracks caused by excessive cement dosage and prolong the service life of pavement.
4、水泥的選擇是非常重要的。水泥的冷再生不需要使用任何水泥。它有嚴格的要求。對水泥粘結劑的要求與水泥穩定碎石基本相同,需要初凝時間大于3小時,終凝時間大于6小時的緩凝水泥。
4. The choice of cement is very important. Cold recycling of cement does not require the use of any cement. It has strict requirements. The requirements for cement binder are basically the same as those for cement stabilized macadam. Retarding cement with initial setting time greater than 3 hours and final setting time greater than 6 hours is required.
冷再生租賃其就地冷再在生施工過程中各環節的控制可能會導致冷再生結構的質量問題,因此不容易進行水泥冷再生工藝的施工,并不是任何一個施工隊伍都能夠嚴格把控的。
