水泥混凝土路面全厚式移動破碎就地冷再生施工
水泥混凝土路面全厚式移動破碎就地冷再生工藝流程共分為破碎和再生兩個環節,預破、一破、二破(前三步為破碎環節)、添加新集料(如有需要)、水泥+再生劑+活性劑撒布、再生拌和、初壓、整形、終壓、養生(后七步為再生環節)10大步驟組成。
The on-site cold recycling process of full thickness mobile crushing for cement concrete pavement is divided into two steps: crushing and recycling. The first three steps are crushing, adding new aggregates (if necessary), spreading cement+rejuvenator+active agent, recycling mixing, initial pressing, shaping, final pressing, and curing (the last seven steps are recycling).
(1)預破:是指利用路面破板機(俗稱“啄木鳥”)或者多錘頭等(根據不同路段的路側環境靈活運用)對舊水泥混凝土路面板進行簡易破碎,為后續的就地破碎設備提供附著力。農村公路等水泥路面板不厚,強度不高的情況下,可無需預破。預破在破碎作業前開展作業,預破后的作業面,及時用壓路機靜壓和振壓各一遍,可供通勤車輛慢速通行,防止扎破輪胎。
(1) Pre breaking: refers to the use of road surface breaking machines (commonly known as "woodpeckers") or multi hammer heads (flexibly applied according to the roadside environment of different road sections) to easily break old cement concrete pavement panels, providing adhesion for subsequent on-site crushing equipment. When the cement pavement panels on rural roads are not thick and have low strength, there is no need for pre cracking. Pre crushing operations shall be carried out one day before the crushing operation. After pre crushing, the working surface shall be promptly subjected to static pressure and vibration pressure with a road roller, which can be used for slow traffic of commuting vehicles to prevent tire puncture.
(2)一破:是指利用全厚式移動破碎機,對經過預破的路面進行次全厚式移動破碎,形成10厘米左右的粗破碎料。破碎機轉子旋轉方向與行車方向一致,避免了銑刨類設備針片狀含量高、設備損耗大、綜合作業效率低的缺陷。破碎厚度通過電子標尺精確控制并帶自動保護裝置,如未破碎到底,則設備不行走。通常一個班組2~3臺,日均作業4000~5000。
(2) One break: refers to the use of a full thickness mobile crusher to perform the first full thickness mobile crushing on the pre broken road surface, forming coarse crushed materials of about 10 centimeters. The rotation direction of the crusher rotor is consistent with the driving direction, avoiding the defects of high needle like content, large equipment loss, and low overall operational efficiency in milling and planing equipment. The crushing thickness is precisely controlled by an electronic ruler with an automatic protection device. If it is not completely crushed, the equipment will not move. Usually, a team consists of 2-3 units, with an average daily work area of 4000-5000 square meters.
(3)二破:是指利用全厚式移動破碎機,對經過一破后的路面進行第二次全厚式移動破碎,通過調整二破設備的行進速度、轉子轉速、刀頭數量和粗細等進行組合,終使得二破后的集料滿足水穩基層級配要求。
(3) Second crushing: refers to the use of a full thickness mobile crusher to perform a second full thickness mobile crushing on the road surface after passing through the first crushing. By adjusting the traveling speed, rotor speed, number and thickness of cutting heads of the second crushing equipment, the final aggregate after the second crushing meets the requirements of water stable foundation gradation.
二破設備與一破設備性質類似,只是轉子、刀頭、設備功率、轉速等存在差異,轉子方向與一破相反,刀頭略小。通常一個班組1臺,日均作業4000~5000。二破設備通過反擊破+搓揉作用,可剝離粗集料表面的水泥砂漿,盡量保持原級配不變。
The nature of the second breaking equipment is similar to that of the first breaking equipment, except for differences in rotor, blade, equipment power, speed, etc. The rotor direction is opposite to that of the first breaking equipment, and the blade is slightly smaller. Usually one team has one unit, with an average daily work area of 4000~5000 square meters. The secondary crushing equipment can peel off the cement mortar on the surface of coarse aggregates through counterattack and rubbing, while keeping the original grade as unchanged as possible.
(4)添加新集料:添加新料的數量和級配,綜合考慮設計厚度、級配范圍,通過篩分和計算得到。對于單一粒徑的集料可以采用堆方方法,通過挖機、鏟車和平地機鋪展,多檔集料必須逐檔單獨添加,避免堆放和鋪展過程中產生離析。添加新集料后的路面必須用壓路機進行初步壓實。
(4) Add new aggregate: The quantity and grading of the new aggregate are determined by screening and calculation, taking into account the design thickness and grading range. For single particle size aggregates, the stacking method can be used to spread them out using excavators, forklifts, and flat ground machines. Multi grade aggregates must be added separately in each grade to avoid segregation during stacking and spreading. The road surface after adding new aggregates must be preliminarily compacted with a roller.
(5)水泥+再生劑+活性劑撒布:是指采用粉料撒布車,將水泥+再生劑+活性劑等精確撒布破碎后(或者添加新集料后的)路面,粉料撒布車通過電腦控制,以確保撒布的精確性和均勻性。水性再生劑和活性劑也可參入水中進行摻配。水泥、再生劑和活性劑用量通過配合比試驗確定,通常每平米每厘米厚度水泥用量不超過1kg。水泥通常采用P.042.5#即可。
(5) Cement+rejuvenator+activator spreading: refers to the use of a powder spreading vehicle to accurately spread cement+rejuvenator+activator, etc. onto the crushed (or newly added aggregate) road surface. The powder spreading vehicle is controlled by a computer to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the spreading. Water based regenerants and activators can also be added to water for blending. The dosage of cement, rejuvenator, and activator is determined through mix proportion testing, and usually the dosage of cement per square meter per centimeter thickness does not exceed 1kg. Cement usually uses P.042.5 #.
